“Spring Lake Park is a quiet mobile home community in the middle of Scotts Valley, CA. We are a 55 and older park formed as a partnership and managed by our volunteer Management Committee.

Our homes surround several small lakes/ponds with a plethora of wildlife and open space. We have many organized activities for partners to enjoy including dinners, bingo, exercise, and bunco. Residents also enjoy our putting green, indoor shuffleboard courts, and year-round pool and spa. We are within walking distance of the main shopping centers of Scotts Valley including grocery stores, pharmacies, hardware stores, movie theaters, restaurants, coffee shops, financial institutions, and shopping.

Highway 17 is less than a mile from the gate of our park and you can be at the beach in Santa Cruz with a 7-mile drive and in the mountains of San Lorenzo Valley with a 10-mile drive and in Los Gatos or the greater San Jose area with a 20-30 mile ride.
